My aim is to provide you with a customised exercise experience that is individually tailored to your requirements and ability. I provide all the necessary equipment, motivation, knowledge and experience so that your sessions with me are manageable, effective, and continually challenging.

Your sessions will have variety and will be fun and enjoyable, so you’ll look forward to your fitness training and stay motivated. I generally work with my client's at their homes, bringing along a range of fitness equipment to ensure a varied and enjoyable workout. If you're thinking how much floor space you need at home you will be surprised, it doesn't have to be a lot. I’ll help you find a suitable spot in your home during our initial consultation.

Have I got time for personal training at home..?


I provide a convenient mobile service that enables you to fit exercise into your busy lifestyle anytime before 10pm. It’s up to you how often you train with me, but most people find one session a week provides a great springboard for a healthy and active lifestyle.



What type of exercises will I be able to do at home..?


There are many different ways to exercise, so I’ll never try and force you to do an exercise that you don’t like or feel like you can’t do. My approach is to give you exercises you can manage as an enjoyable challenge, and progressively build you up from there. During your exercise sessions I’ll teach you how to exercise in different ways using a variety of equipment to give you maximum results and all-round fitness…

  • Kettlebells tone your muscles and boost your aerobic fitness at the same time.
  • Boxing & kick boxing exercise fantastic for burning calories and busting stress, safe and brilliant fun!
  • Free weights and resistance bands strengthen your muscles and mobilise your joints with a multitude of different resistance exercises.
  • Bodyweight & floor exercises build strength, stamina and boost your metabolism using nothing but your own bodyweight.
  • Abs, back & core muscle training for a tight abdomen and a strong, healthy, mobile back.

    My health & fitness service is about providing a personalised, focused and flexible approach to your exercise. Whatever level of fitness you're starting from, or whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, or you just want to feel better and get more energised, I can provide you with the motivation and support to achieve your goals, all in the comfort and convenience of your home.



    Can I find out more without spending any money or doing an exercise session..?


    You can book me for a free initial consultation at a time and location to suit you. Just contact me by phone or email. This free session (normally 40-60 minutes) gives you the opportunity to meet me and get your questions answered.

    It’s also a chance for me to get an insight into what you want to achieve from your sessions, discuss your current level of fitness and find out if you have any health issues that might be affected by the exercise. We'll talk about any other factors that you may be concerned about.

    Once your consultation is complete there’ll be no obligation for you to start a program of exercise, but if you are happy with everything you might like to book a taster session as a trial workout.
